Loud + Noisy : LOUSY

There's a noisy construction going on opposite our house. Of course, we have a bit to get used to since this is a very quiet neighbourhood (except when we are around haha..).

So whenever the cement mixer rolls, Johann would comment, "so lousy, right?"
