This looks too appetising I have to share it. I am sure I had posted pictures of this dish mozzarella cheese with fresh tomatoes and basil leaves in the past, but look at the thickly sliced tomatoes and cheese! I am salivating even now while typing! In Malaysia, a pack of mozzarella cheese costs between RM26 to RM30. Here, it is just 0.59 euro (RM2.40). And we usually have to use 2 packs. A delicacy in Malaysia, but a common appetiser in Germany. We are still trying to come to terms with the fact that we can now take pleasure in having this more frequently. The dish in the background is thickly sliced chilled smoked pork.
