Yong(less) Tau Foo

When my sis' flight from SG to DE was confirmed, one of the first items that I asked her to bring was Chee Cheong Fun sauce. My boys and I love Chee Cheong Fun, but since I was too lazy to make and roll my own, I simply cooked a big pot of kway teow and make Yong Tau Foo, without the Yong because I was too impatient to stuff things into the eggplants and bitter gourd. I could just drink the sauce plain, so to come up with this nice-looking plate of Yong-less Tau Foo is already a big feat for me!
