First Homecooked Meal: Gnocchi in Turkey Breasts and Fresh Mushrooms Creamy Sauce

This was made on the second day after our arrival.  Gnocchi, an Italian word, means potato pasta.  The sauce is rich and creamy, you can forget about not gaining weight when it tastes so good!  Oh well, I can always start dieting tomorrow!  Hahaha…

We are so lucky that a supermarket has newly opened, and only 3 minutes walk away!  I should try snapping a few pictures to show the incredible freshness of the fruits and vegetables there!
