Tortilla Pesto Wrap

I have always loved wraps. With lots of fresh, crunchy vegetables. So since we are on the quest to cutting down on our meat intake, I thought preparing this pesto wrap serves its purpose. It was so easy to prepare. Tomatoes, mozerrella cheese and rocket salad tossed in pesto sauce. Mmm... so visually arresting, so incredibly flavourful.
