Woo hooo! Eating chicken rice here is such great satisfaction to the asian-deprived taste buds. Even my father-in-law commented it was delicious! Hehehe… I consider myself so lucky that almost every ingredient I need to make a good authentic asian dish is available here, compared to Christophe who had to wait years and years for his European ingredients to arrive in Asia one at a time.
That said, I am still searching for kway teow and chee cheong fun…
