Be it the dipping of the meat on little skewers into the hot oil; or bite-sized baguette into the smooth, melted cheese (pictured above); or cut or whole seasonal fruits into the thick, creamy chocolate, it's hard to stop helping oneself even when you know it is time to stop. Fortunately, the stomach has a natural limit on how much food you can "force" in.
Last December, on the eve of new year's eve, we made two important decisions. First, we decided to spoil ourselves by melting a big pot of cheese with lots of bread on standby. Second, we also decided to keep the fondue set out of our sight for a long while, after overeating, obviously. So, it might not be too soon that we will see another fondue picture of any sort here in the near future.
