Pisang Goreng (Banana Fritters)

I can die eating this and I would never know why. This is never something I crave for, it is a result of getting under the heavy influence of an online group. One guy posted so many local dishes, snacks and desserts that cause many to miss home so much. In order to appease homesickness, many also resort to cooking/baking and then posting their homemade SG dishes. I am one of them...hehe... I cut up the banana into bite-size slices. The crust is so crispy, the banana inside just melts in the mouth. The best I have ever tasted!
